General common law including:
Commercial litigation:
Practices general contractual litigation with involvement in disputes up to a value of £250,000, ranging from simple debt actions to consumer credit and a broad spectrum of other commercial claims

Criminal law:
Experience both prosecuting and defending criminal hearings in the Juvenile, Magistrates’ and Crown Courts as well as the Court of Appeal, acting in all manner of dishonesty, drug, sex, vehicle and violent offences. Is also familiar with defending anti-social behaviour order applications

Immigration and public law remedies:
Involvement in entry clearance immigration cases as well as asylum applications. Also has stated questions for the consideration of the Divisional Court and sought the judicial review of public authority procedures

Landlord and tenant:
Particular experience in both private and Local Authority repossessions plus experience of unlawful eviction claim

Personal injury:
Acts for CFA, private and insurance funded claimants in all aspects of personal injury work. Is instructed to defend local authorities and insurers. Has particular experience in industrial and highway accident claims, and also conducts criminal injuries compensation appeals.

Private Child Law:
S.8 Childrens Act 1991 applications.
Civil injunctions:
Anti-social behaviour Orders
Family Law Act 1996, and
Protection from Harassment Act 1997 applications

Employment Law:
Unfair dismissal claim
