Criminal work. Has prosecuted and defended cases of seriousness and complexity including murder, manslaughter, sexual offences and child abuse.
Has been nominated as prosecuting counsel in several high profile county-wide drugs operations and has developed a significant practice in the field of serious road traffic offending, particularly cases of causing death by dangerous driving.
His considerable experience of police work including inquests and discipline proceedings provides an insight into police procedures, which has proved helpful in a number of other areas.
Family practice includes contact and residence cases, injunctions, committals and care proceedings.
Has 15 years’ previous experience as a solicitor.
