Practice
Primarily Criminal Law, also general Civil Litigation and Environmental Law
Criminal: Undertakes Prosecution and Defence work of all types, including violence, dishonesty, public order offences and drugs, across Youth, Magistrates and Crown Courts. Particular interest in vehicle related crime. Also experienced in white collar crime, cases involving child witnesses, and applications for Anti-Social Behaviour Orders.
Civil and Environmental: General, with emphasis on matters arising from Road Traffic incidents.
Other Information
Prior to qualifying as a Barrister worked within the Worldwide Purchasing Division of General Motors, and before joining chambers as a pupil worked in the Criminal Litigation department of a prominent firm of Solicitors in Sheffield.
Prior to, and during pupillage with Stephen Wood, was involved in a number of cases of national interest.
