Practice

I have practised exclusively in family law since qualification as a solicitor in 1998 and have continued that specialism since my transfer to the Bar in 2004.

My practice consists of ancillary relief and the resolution of financial disputes upon the breakdown of relationships and children law. I have experience of appearing at all levels of court including the Court of Appeal. In particular, I have extensive experience in the following areas:
