Experienced in many aspects of common law and has practiced in Employment and Family Law throughout his career. Specialist solely in Employment and Family Law and related common law matters since 1999.

Employment - Advice and representation in Courts and Tribunals on all aspects of employment law including in particular:
- Unfair and wrongful dismissal including redundancy related dismissals
- All forms of discrimination
- Transfer of undertakings
- Trade union law
- Status of employees
- Work-related stress
- Restrictive covenants including injunctive relief
Example of recent cases
- Represented Applicant who was successful at ET but 100% Polkey. Successfully appealed to EAT, remitted and obtained substantial damages in ET
- Represented a senior customer services executive for unfair selection for redundancy and sex discrimination. Succeeded in both the ET and EAT after the employer appealed

Family – All areas of ancillary relief including high value cases, insolvency, family businesses, TOLATA and the Married Woman’s Property Act, the recovery and preservation of assets, pension attachment and sharing orders
- All aspects of public and private law Children Act cases including representation of clients with mental health issues and drug and alcohol addiction
Examples of recent cases
- Represented wife in 7 day ancillary relief final hearing where dispute over who should run family business
- Represented wife in case involving millionaire husband and 20-year separation before wealth accumulated and ancillary relief commenced.
- Represented wife on final hearing involving an intervener who had charging order over FMH in relation to loans to husband which wife unaware of
