    After a career as a Ski Instructor, Semi-Professional Actor, Government Policy Advisor, Academic and PR Executive Christian decided to join the Bar and has not looked back since.

    Christian practises in:

    All areas of Civil Law, with a particular interest and specialism in Personal Injury, Negligence, Contract and Civil Applications.

    All areas of Employment Law, with a particular interest in Unfair and Constructive Dismissal (including Unfair Redundancy), Internal Procedures and Discrimination.

    All areas of Family Law, with particular expertise in children public Law and Ancillary Relief.

    All areas of Immigration and Asylum Law. 

    Notable cases

    Re J (a Child) [2011] - Appeal against a s91(14) order for five years.  Appeal based on procedural irregularity and errors in law.  After a De Novo hearing duration of the order reduced.
