Clare Benson prosecutes and defends in all areas of crime, both in the Magistrates and Crown Courts as well as in the Youth Court. She has particular experience in cases involving domestic violence and is often instructed in matters involving young and vulnerable witnesses.
During pupillage (with Sophie Drake) Clare gained experience in all aspects of prosecution and defence work in the Crown Courts, including a number of serious rape cases as well as matters involving child and other vulnerable witnesses.
