Kiran Dhillon's practice covers all elements of Employment Law, including every type of unlawful discrimination. She has experience of representing both Claimants and Respondents in difficult litigation in the Employment Tribunals and is often instructed to act for clients in matters ranging from Pre-Hearing Reviews to multi-day Hearings. Kiran's practical experience is enhanced by the in-depth academic knowledge of Employment Law she gained during her Master's degree and complemented by the pro bono work she continues to undertake, through the Free Representation Unit (where she is an accredited Employment Representative) and through referrals from the Bar Pro Bono Unit.
Kiran Dhillon has considerable expertise in civil litigation and her practice in this area is a broad one. She has a particular specialism in Personal Injury law and is regularly instructed in such cases, including those on the fast- and multi-tracks, in areas ranging from employer's liability and workplace injuries to road traffic accidents and infant approvals. She has been briefed in cases involving singular as well as multiple injuries and is often asked to advise on complex issues on liability and quantum. Kiran can be relied upon to produce high-quality statements of case and aims to complete paper briefs within 14 days of receipt.
