Gerald Hendron Successfully Prosecutes Care Home Attempted Murder
R v Dowling - Gerald Hendron successfully prosecutes 38 year old defendant for the Attempted Murder of 61-year-old fellow resident at a Care Home that caters for those who have mental health disabilities.
In a sustained attack the Defendant repeatedly stamped on the head of the Complainant resulting in catastrophic and permanent injuries.
The sentence will take place in August 2025.
