Ella Embleton successfully secures acquittal for client charged with child abduction
Ella Embleton having been instructed by Andrew Vanzie of Baxendale Vanzie solicitors, represented a client at trial in which he was alleged to have abducted a child.
At the close of the Crown’s case, Ella made a submission of ’no case to answer’, submitting that the Crown had failed to prove the requisite elements of the offence.
Upon Ella’s submission, the Magistrates’ found that there was no case to answer and returned a verdict of not guilty.
