Camilla Bonifai Obtains Reduction of 87.9% of the Claimant’s Pleaded Credit Hire Claim

Instructed by the Defendant on a credit hire Fast Track trial, Camilla succeeded in submissions to disallow optional extras, and lowering the period of vehicle hire and rate. As a result, the Claimant’s losses awarded were reduced by 87.9% from the pleaded case.

The significant reduction resulted in the Defendant beating their own Part 36 offer and costs being ordered against the Claimant.
