Fen Greatley-Hirsch Appears as Led Junior for the Prosecution - Defendant Convicted for Conspiracy to Commit Grievous Bodily Harm

Following a trial in which Fen Greatley-Hirsch was led by Nick Johnson KC for the prosecution, a defendant was convicted for conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm.

This was a successor trial following the convictions of two co-defendants for murder and conspiracy to inflict grievous bodily harm upon the victim.

The defendant, an individual who had been involved in dealing drugs on behalf of one of the co-defendants, had contact with the deceased shortly before his death.

The central issue at trial concerned the extent of the defendant’s involvement and intentions in relation to the events leading up to the offence. The case involved the careful analysis of extensive evidence and ultimately resulted in a conviction for conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm. The trial included evidence from previous trials.
