Talia Meer Represents the Child, Through the Children's Guardian, in Public Law Proceedings
Talia Meer represented the child through the children's guardian in a public law matter where the mother sought to take the child, who was subject to a care order, on holiday over the summer.
The guardian believed the holiday to be a significant and important step in rebuilding the relationship between mother and child following very significant findings of parental alienation by father against the mother.
HHJ Robinson was compelled by the position of the guardian and made the order for the holiday.
