Clare Walsh and Paul Canfield Secure Acquittals for Father and Son Co-Defendants

Clare Walsh and Paul Canfield have successfully secured acquittals for father and son co‑defendants following a five‑day trial at Bradford Crown Court last week.

The defendants had been charged with a joint assault on a bar owner who sustained a number of fractures to their foot from the incident.

Both defendants were acquitted by the jury unanimously.

Clare was instructed by Alastair Bateman and Co to represent the son.

Paul was instructed by KBS Solicitors to represent the father.
